Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of printed affirmation products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Opened or used products

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

• Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: store@healingheart2soul.com

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer:

• A replacement item, or

• Store credit when appropriate

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not yet begun. Once production or shipment preparation starts, orders cannot be canceled.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Chapters & Seasons Counseling is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Customers will receive pickup instructions after order confirmation.
